On Saturday, December 20, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Delores Haines. The summons was issued as a result of an incident that occurred on December 18th, 2025. Haines was observed interfering with an unrelated traffic stop. She was given multiple warnings to leave the area. An application for charges was completed, resulting in a summons issued. Haines was served with the summons and released pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Mary Keller. The summons was issued in response to a citizen's complaint. Keller was served with the summons and released pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

On Sunday, December 7, 2025 at approximately 12:51 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the first block of N. Centre Street for an assault. Police arrived and located the suspect who was later identified as Kyle McClintock. McClintock was intoxicated and uncooperative with police. When officers attempted to detain McClintock to investigate the assault complaint, he began obstructing their investigation by pulling away from them and creating a loud disturbance. During the brief struggle, McClintock assaulted an officer resulting in damage to a police cruiser. He was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking where he is currently being held awaiting his initial appearance.

CHARGES: Obstructing & Hindering, Assault-2nd Degree (x2), DOP<$1000, Disorderly Conduct, Disturb Peace-Loud Noise, Intoxicated Public Disturbance.
