On Saturday, December 25, 2021 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Michael Allan Abraham. The warrant was issued as a result of Abraham failing to appear for his court case on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct. Abraham was arrested and transported to Central Booking. Abraham was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.

On October 24th, 2019, The Cumberland City Police Department arrested Jherika Ashley Winkler, 22, of Cumberland MD. Winkler was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant for failing to appear in Allegany County District Court on October 22nd, 2019. Winkler was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her initial appearance where she was released on her own personal recognizance.
