City Police Serve Bench Warrants

On Friday, February 16, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Isaac Case.  The warrant was issued as the result of Case failing to appear in court.  He was originally charged with Theft less than $100.  Case was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.

On Friday, February 16, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Virgil Webb.  The warrant was issued as the result of Webb failing to appear in court.  He was originally charged with Trespass: Posted Property.  Webb was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.

On Friday, February 16, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Natasha Groves.  The warrant was issued as the result of Groves violating probation.  She was originally charged with Theft less than $100.  Groves is currently being held at the Allegany County Detention Center awaiting her initial appearance.

On Friday, February 16, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Christopher Platter.  Platter was originally charged with Reckless Endangerment, Handgun on Person, and Disorderly Conduct.  Platter was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

On November 21st, 2019, the Cumberland City Police arrested Andrew Vincent Crecenzo, age 42, of Cumberland MD. Crecenzo was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for violating the conditions of his probation. Crecenzo was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, held without bond.

Charges:  Bench Warrant – Violation of Probation

 

On November 21st, 2019, the Cumberland City Police arrested Jason Apollo Crabtree, age 43, of Cumberland MD. Crabtree was arrested on three Bench Warrants for failing to appear in District Court on November 14th, 2019, on original charges of Disorderly Conduct, disturbing the Peace, and Failing to obey a Lawful Order. Crabtree was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
