Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Brian D. Fields. The arrest warrant was issued by the District Court Commissioner’s Office after the victim filed for charges for an alleged assault that occurred on E. Oldtown Road, on February 2, 2022. During the incident the victim alleged that he and Fields had an argument, that escalated to Fields placing his hands around the victim’s neck. Fields was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking to await a bond hearing. After a bond hearing Fields was released on an unsecured bond.

On February 7, 2022 the Cumberland Police Departement served an arrest warrant on Leroy Tronnes. The arrest warrant was issued by District Court for Tronnes failing to appear in court in April 2021 for traffic related offenses. Tronnes was placed under arrest and taken to Central Booking, to await a bond hearing. After a bond hearing Tronnes was released on his personal recognizance.

On Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Okikiola M. Mogaji. The warrant was issued by District Court when application was made by the Cumberland Police Department concerning a check fraud case back on May 7th, 2018. Mogaji was charged with forgery, theft $1,500-$25,000, theft less than $100, issuing a false document, attempted theft, and rogue and vagabond. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention held on a $10,000 bond.

Circuit Court Warrant
On Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court warrant on Corey Christopher Simpson for failing to appear for trial on July 26th, 2018 on a driving under the influence charge. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
