On Thursday, November 27, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant and a criminal summons on Seth Michael. The warrant was issued as a result of Michael failing to appear in court on November 21, 2025. The summons was issued as a result of an incident that occurred on November 20, 2025, at a local regional medical center. It is alleged that Michael destroyed property of the medical center before being trespassed. Michael was placed under arrest for the warrant and later served with the summons. He was then transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held on a temporary commitment.
ARRESTED: Seth Michael Ryan AGE: 28 Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGES: Failure to Appear (Theft less than $1,500), Malicious Destruction of Property

On Thursday, May 8th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Aden Markwood Stonestreet Jr, 46, of Flintstone, MD. The summons was issued as a result of a theft investigation that was reported on April 15th. On that date, it is alleged that Stonestreet stole a wallet and its contents after finding the property unattended at a Greene St business. On this date, Stonestreet was served the summons and released, pending trial in
District Court.

CHARGES – Theft $100 to under $1500
