On Thursday, May 30, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Nicholi Sneden. The summons was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on May 27, 2024. On this date at approximately 6:55 PM, officers responded to the 200 block of Paca Street for the report of a medical emergency and possible assault. Police arrived and contacted Nicholi Sneden. Sneden claimed that he had been assaulted by a female during an argument at a business in the 200 block of Greene Street. Police learned that Sneden had committed an assault as well. After further investigation, police filed for charges against Sneden at the District Court of Allegany County. Sneden signed for his copy of the summons and he was released pending trial.

CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED
On Thursday, May 30, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Zach Nagel. The summons was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on May 27, 2024. On this date at approximately 7:22 PM, officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of Patterson Avenue to check on the well-being of male subject on the roof. Police contacted the subject who was disturbing people in the area. He was identified as Zach Nagel. Nagel was able to safely get down from the roof. He was then transported to the hospital for an evaluation. Police filed for charges against Nagel at the District Court of Allegany County. Nagel signed for his copy of the summons and he was released pending trial.

On Saturday, May 25, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Steven Miller. The summons was issued as the result of a private citizen filing for charges against Miller at the District Court of Allegany County. Miller signed for his copy of the summons and he was released pending trial.
