CRIMINAL SUMMONSES SERVED

On Saturday, May 13, 2023, the Cumberland Police Department served two criminal summonses on Antonio Limon.  One summons was issued as the result of an officer observing Limon operating a motor vehicle on April 24, 2023.  The officer confirmed that Limon did not have a valid driver’s license.  The other summons was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on May 8, 2023 when an officer of the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that Limon was operating.  Limon was uncooperative and refused to listen to the officer’s commands.  Limon had to be restrained in handcuffs.  In both cases, police filed for charges against Limon at the District Court of Allegany County.  Limon signed for his copies and was released pending trial.
