CRIMINAL SUMMONSES SERVED

On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Crystal Rymer.  The summons was issued as the result of a private citizen filing charges against Rymer at the District Court of Allegany County.  Rymer signed for her copy of the summons and she was released pending trial.

CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED
On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Kara Miller.  The summons was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on April 30, 2025 at approximately 2:39 PM when officers responded to a business in the 500 block of Virginia Avenue for a theft complaint.  Police contacted the staff who reported that the suspect, who was identified as Kara Miller, stole multiple items from the store.  After further investigation, police applied for charges against Miller at the District Court of Allegany County.  Miller refused to sign for her copy of the summons and she was released pending trial.

CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED
On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served two criminal summonses on Michael Gillotti.  The summonses were issued as the result of private citizens filing charges against Gillotti at the District Court of Allegany County.  Gillotti signed for his copy of the summonses and he was released pending trial.

CHARGES:  Assault-2nd Degree, Theft less than $100 (x2)

April 4th, 2025 by WCBC Radio

On Friday, April 4, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served criminal summonses on Tyler Sneden and John Northcraft.  The summonses were issued as the result of an incident that occurred on March 31, 2025 when police responded to a residence in the 300 block of Williams Street for a trespassing complaint.  Officers were informed that there were people inside the residence which should be vacant.  Police contacted the occupants and advised them of the complaint.  One of the occupants was identified as Tyler Sneden.  While speaking with Sneden, officers learned that John Northcraft had also been at the property.  After further investigation, police filed for charges against Sneden and Northcraft at the District Court of Allegany County.  Sneden and Northcraft were released pending trial.
