On Monday, December 19, 2022, the Cumberland Police Department served a fugitive warrant on Brandon Sickler. Sickler had an outstanding bench warrant through Bedford County, Pennsylvania for failure to appear in court. Sickler was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention to await extradition.

On Sunday, April, 17, 2022, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Mechanic Street. The operator was identified as Matthew Twyman. It was discovered that Twyman had an active arrest warrant out of Hampshire County, WV for fraud. Twyman was arrested and a fugitive warrant was completed to be used as a detainer. Twyman was transported to Central Booking and held on the detainer.
