Kenneth Pierce Jr (age 35) has been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department. His most recent residence was in Alabama but was last seen in the Cumberland area in approximately late June. He has previously resided in the Cresaptown area. He is described as a white male, approximately 5-7. 185 lbs with blonde hair. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is urged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600. Photo is attached.

Glenn Stuart Cowan has been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department. He is a white male, 69 years old, 5’10”, approximately 170 lbs., with short gray hair and hazel eyes. Furthermore; Cowan maybe wearing glasses. He was last seen in the area of Greene Street, Cumberland on approximately 06/20/24, unknown clothing description at this point in time in the investigation. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is urged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
