A Cumberland man suspected of killing an elderly city woman in her South End home as well as his brother and sister-in-law in Ellicott City has been arrested.  Jeffrey Allen Burnham, 46, was taken into custody about 9 a.m. Friday in Davis, West Virginia, according to Howard County police.  He had pulled to the side of the road while driving a 2007 red Corvette he allegedly stole from his brother’s home. He was taken into custody without incident and a gun was reportedly located inside the vehicle. Burnham was named as the suspect in the Wednesday murder of 83 year old  Rebecca Reynolds after she  was found in her residence in the 500 block of Fourth Street around 7:20 p.m. . Her death was ruled a homicide by the state medical examiner’s office. Howard County authorities said Thursday evening that Burnham was  also wanted in the shooting deaths of his brother, 58-year-old Brian Robinette and 57-year-old Kelly Sue Robinette.  Police said Reynolds’ vehicle was found in Howard County and Burnham left the scene driving a 2007 red Chevrolet Corvette. Police believe all three victims were targeted and known to Burnham.  Burnham was sighted about 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Irons Mountain area east of Cumberland driving the red Corvette.
