On Friday officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Jessica Tallman. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the Circuit Court when Tallman failed to appear for her trial on April 19th, 2022 for the initial charge of neglect of a minor. Tallman was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center. Once at the Allegany County Detention Center two separate controlled dangerous substances were located. Tallman was subsequently remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
Arrest: Jessica Lynn Tallman, age 34, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Failure to Appear, Two Counts of Possession not Marijuana, Two Counts of Possession of Contraband in a Place of Confinement.
Arrest Warrant Served
Oficers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Jamie Dolly. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the Circuit Court when Dolly violated her probation. Dolly was then remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was held without bond.
Arrest: Jamie Clark Dolly, age 29, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Violation of Probation.

On Friday Cumberland City Police responded to business in the 400 block of Maryland Ave for the report of male subject walking around the store brandishing a knife. Upon arrival, Officers learned that the male subject had arrived on scene in a vehicle and was accompanied by a female subject. Officers were able to observe CDS paraphernalia inside the vehicle while speaking with the subjects. During a subsequent search of the vehicle and its passengers, the female subject was found to be in possession of multiple pieces of CDS paraphernalia as well as a quantity of suspected methamphetamines. As a result, Brittany Renee Vandale, 30, of Culloden WV was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing. Vandale was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was released on her own personal recognizance.

The Cumberland City Police arrested Daquan Lamel Donaldson, 41, of Cumberland MD. Donaldson was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. The Warrant alleged that Donaldson violated the terms and conditions of probation relating to a previous charge of CDS distribution. Donaldson was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.
