On Saturday, May 11, 2024 at approximately 12:44 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of Seymour Street for an assault.  Police contacted Rachel Brotemarkle and Donald Pryor.  Brotemarkle reported that she had been assaulted by Pryor.  Police contacted another alleged victim who reported that she had been assaulted by Brotemarkle.  Pryor and Brotemarkle were arrested and transported to Central Booking.  Brotemarkle was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance.  Brotemarkle and Pryor were later seen by a District Court Commissioner for their bond hearings.  Brotemarkle posted a $3,000 bond.  Pryor posted a $2,000 percentage bond.
