On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Samatha Louden. The criminal summons was issued as a result of an incident that occurred on August 29, 2025. It was reported to the Officer that Louden exited her vehicle and assaulted the victim. She then entered her vehicle and left the area. An application for charges was completed, which yielded the summons. Louded was located, served with the summons, and released pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Assault Second Degree

On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Caitlyn Biggs. The criminal summons was issued as a result of Biggs failing to provide valid proof of insurance after a crash. Biggs was served with the summons and released pending her trial.
