On Friday, May 23, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a summons on Hillary Parker. The summons was issued as a result of an incident where Parker was found to be contributing to the conditions of a child. Officers located Parker, and she was served with the summons. Parker was released pending her trial at the District Court.
ARRESTED: Hillary Dawn Parker AGE: 37 Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGE: Contributing to the Conditions of a Child.

On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 400 Block of Pulaski Street for the report of a theft of a package. Upon arrival, Officers were able to look at security footage and observed the suspect to be Clifford Nash Sr. An application for charges was completed and submitted to the Allegany County District Court. The application yielded a criminal summons for theft. On May 14, 2025, Officers located Nash, and he was served with the summons. Nash was released pending his trial at the District Court.
ARRESTED: Clifford Eugene Nash Sr. AGE: 74 Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGE: Theft Less than $100.
