On 07/02/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served a criminal summons on Kenneth Folk. A citizen applied for charges at the District Court Commissioner’s Office, alleging Folk assaulted them in the 100 block of Greene Street. Folk signed for his copies of the summons and is free pending trial in District Court.

On 04/28/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Dalton Ray Brimhall. A citizen had submitted an application of charges to the District Court Commissioner alleging Brimhall was harassing them over a period of time. Brimhall signed for his copy of the summons and is pending trial in District Court.
