On January 15th, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) served a criminal summons on Mikayla Elizabeth Holliday at which she signed for and was released from the scene. Mikayala was located in the 500 block of Fairmont Ave. The summons stems from an incident earlier in the month to where Mikayla is accused of defrauding the victim by way of a social media fund raiser.
Arrest: Mikayla Elizabeth Holliday, age 24, Cumberland MD

On January 15th, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) served a criminal summons on Racheal Dolly at which she signed for and was released from the scene. Racheal was located in the 20 block of Grand Ave. The summons stems from an incident earlier in the month to where she violated a protective order.

On January 15th, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) served a criminal summons on Shannon Lee Hewlin. The summons stems from an incident on the 700 block of Baker Street. Shannon was known to Officers to have warrants for her arrest. Upon contacting Shannon, she gave a false name in order to avoid prosecution of her warrants. This caused additional charges by her own fault.
Arrest: Shannon Lee Hewlin, age 40, Cumberland MD
Charges: Obstructing and Hindering and Giving a false Identification to Avoid prosecution.

On January 15th, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) served a criminal summons on Shelly Ann Kifer at which she signed for and was released from the scene. Shelly was located in the single digit block of Race Street. The summons stems from an incident in January on Race Street to where Shelly made false statements to Police Officers.

Caelan Patrick Ryan O'Toole, 23 of Cumberland, was served a criminal summons for CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, Know Alter Firearm ID Number, Regulated Firearm: Stolen/Sell, Firearm Use/Felony-Violent Crime, Handgun on Person, Loaded Handgun on Person, and Illegal Possession of Regulated Firearm.
Marcel Darren Moses, 34 of Baltimore, was served a criminal summons for 12 charges including: CDS: Distribution Etc with a Firearm, CDS-Possession of Firearm, Illegal Possession of a Regulated Firearm, Illegal Possession of Ammunition, Firearm possession during felony crime of violence, Know Alter Firearm ID Number, Firearm/Drug Trafficking Crime, CDS Possession-Large Amount, CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis and CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics.
Tevin Jeremiah Thomas, 31 of Baltimore, was served a criminal summons for 12 charges including: CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics, CDS Possession-Large Amount, Firearm/Drug Trafficking Crime, Know Alter Firearm ID Number, Firearm Possession Crininal Violence/Felony, Illegal Possession Ammo, Illegal Possession of Regulated Firearm, and CDS-Possession of Firearms.
Antoine Ronald Cloude, 21 of Baltimore, was served a criminal summons for 16 CDS related offenses Including CDS: Possession with intent to distribute: Narcotics, CDS Possession – Large Amount, CDS: Possession – Not Cannabis, CDS Distribution: Narcotics, and Conspiracy CDS Distribution- Narcotics.
Tay'zion Adarrius Taylor, 22 of Baltimore, was served a criminal summons for 16 charges including: CDS: Distribution-Narcotics, CDS: Possession with intent to distribute: Narcotics, CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, Conspiracy – CDS Distribution- Narcotics, and CDS Possession-Large Amount.
Thomas Floyd Haer Jr., 50 of Johnstown, PA, was served a criminal summons for 4 counts of CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute, 3 counts of CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS Distribution: Narcotics.
Christoher James Manherz, 37 of Cumberland, was served a criminal summons for the charges of CDS: Possession with intent to distribute: Narcotics and CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis.
David Lee Kesler Jr, 32 of Cumberland, was served Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment, charges include: Felony Rape 2nd Degree, Felony Sex Offense 3rd Degree and Assault 2nd Degree. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
William Brody Miller, 35 of Westernport, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for two counts of CDS possession with the intent to distribute: Narcotics and two counts of CDS possession – not marijuana. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
