On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Janasia Lamore. The summons was issued in response to a citizen's complaint. As a result, Lamore was served with the summons and released pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

On December 12th, 2025 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Joseph Patrick Natale Jr. The summons was issued as a result of a private citizen filing for charges at District Court. Natale signed for his copy of the summons and was released pending trial at District Court.
