Three Arrested On Trespassing Charges

Troopers from the Maryland State Police McHenry Barrack responded to a local tow business for a report of several individuals who took their vehicles that had been towed to the business without paying their bill. 

    Four vehicles had been towed by the tow company that had been blocking the garage doors at another local business and did not have permission to park at that business. Four individuals arrived in one vehicle at the tow company. One individual paid for her personal tow bill while three other individuals went directly to their vehicles and sped away from the tow business without paying their own personal bills. 

    A  Maryland Natural Resources Officer observed one of the suspect vehicles traveling on Garrett Highway prior to Interstate 68 and stopped the vehicle. Troopers located another suspect vehicle travelling eastbound on I-68 in Finzel. Contact was then made with the operator of the third vehicle via telephone and advised to return to the tow company to pay the bill. 

    All suspects returned to the tow company and paid their respective tow bills and were charged with trespassing. 

  The following individuals were charged:  

1)  Michael Blue, 31 years old, of Baltimore,MD

2)  Richard Robinson, 35 years old, Baltimore,MD

3)  Janelle Jenson, 25 years old, Woodlawn, MD

On 5/26/2019 at approximately 3:30 PM an officer from the Cumberland City Police Department observed three individuals trespassing on CSX property off of Henderson Ave. The officer contacted the subjects and identified them as Roddrick Lacy Davis, Breann Carol Haines, and Seth Ronald Larue. When the officer contacted Mr. Larue he observed Mr. Larue place an item inside his mouth. Mr. Larue was asked to open his mouth but refused to do so. As the officer was arresting Mr. Larue for trespassing he attempted to flee from the officer and resisted arrest. Mr. Larue was placed under arrest and a baggie of cocaine fell from his mouth. Mr. Davis and Ms. Haines were issued criminal citations for trespassing. Mr. Larue was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Allegany County Detention Center on $1,500.00 bond.

Arrested – Breann Carol Haines (27) Cumberland, MD

Charge – Trespassing on Private Property

 

Arrested – Seth Ronald Larue (28) Cumberland, MD

Charges – Trespassing on Private Property, CDS Possession not Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, Obstruct and Hindering
