Raymond P. Miller, 77, of Barton, died Wednesday. Miller taught social studies at Valley and Westmar High Schools for 43 years. He and William Martin coached the Valley mock trial team to a state title in 1991. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Frostburg with visitation 1 hour prior.
