On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Brandon Paige. The warrant was issued as a result of a grand jury indictment. As a result, Paige was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond pending his trial at the Allegany County Circuit Court.
ARRESTED: Brandon Martese Paige AGE: 43 Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGES: CDS Possession with Intent to Distribute (x3), CDS Distribute Narcotic (x3), CDS Possession not Cannabis (x3).
Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Adam Morgan. The warrants were issued as a result of Morgan failing to appear for his trials scheduled on December 12th and 15th of 2025. As a result, Morgan was arrested and brought before a District Court Commissioner, where he was released on his own recognizance pending his trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGES: Failure to Appear (Theft Less Than $100 x2)
Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Melissa Moore. The warrant was issued as a result of Moore failing to appear for her trial scheduled on December 12th of 2025. As a result, Moore was arrested and brought before a District Court Commissioner, where she was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond pending her trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGES: Failure to Appear (CDS Possession no Cannabis)

On Monday, November 24th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Kevin Lee Hewlin, 40, of Cumberland MD. Hewlin was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court for an incident that occurred earlier in the day on August 24th, 2025. During that incident, it is alleged that Hewlin broke into a vending machine in the 600 block of Columbia Ave, stealing the money found within. The investigation resulted in a warrant being issued for Hewlin's arrest. At the time of his arrest, Hewlin was also issued a Criminal Citation when he was found to be in possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.
