Karen Frances Moreland, 49 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Her original charges is for Theft: $100 To Under $1,500. She was released on a $2,500 Unsecured Personal Bond.

Victor Wayne Safchuck Jr, 47 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation Of Probation for Termination of Treatment. His original conviction is for: CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis and CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics where he was received a 3-year and 7-year consecutive sentence with all time suspended. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
