On 08/11/2024 the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Dominic Seward. The warrant was issued as a result of an assault complaint in the 100 block of Humbird Street on 06/18/2024. Seward was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking. Seward received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was released on his personal recognizance.

Karen Frances Moreland, 49 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Her original charges is for Theft: $100 To Under $1,500. She was released on a $2,500 Unsecured Personal Bond.
