Warrant Arrests

Samantha Rae Wingrove, 38 of Uniontown, PA, was arrested on two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear. Her charges include: Driving Suspended and Driving without Required License. Wingrove was released on her own recognizance from Central Booking.

Rachel Nicole Dolly, 36 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction was for Theft: $100 to Under $1,500 where Judge Bean sentenced her to serve 15-days in jail with 2-years supervised probation. Dolly is being held on $500 bond pending a bail review.

Christopher Robin Richardson, 42 of Cresaptown, was served another District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply. His original conviction was for Electronic Communication Harassment where Judge Price sentenced him to 42-days in jail with 3-years supervised probation. Richardson was released from custody earlier that day on a $2,500 unsecured bond and then another warrant was issued for violating the conditions of his release. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.

On Monday, June 23rd, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Megan Lynn Pawliske, 39, of Cumberland, MD. Pawliska was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on June 9th, 2025. On that date, it is alleged that Pawliske failed to appear in District Court for a previous theft charge. Pawliske was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where he was released on a $500 unsecured bond.

On Monday, June 23rd, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jason Lynn Winfield, 43, of Cumberland, MD. Winfield was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court for an incident that occurred on June 21st, 2025. During that incident, it is alleged that Winfield violated the terms of a Protective Order that had been issued by the District Court. Winfield was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $1,000 bond.

CHARGES – Violate Protective Order.

On Monday, June 23rd, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Michael William Salmon, 32, of Cumberland, MD. Salmon was arrested on three active Body Attachments issued by the Allegany County Circuit Court and also a Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. All three Body Attachments were issued in reference to child support non-compliance and the Bench Warrant was issued as a result of failing to appear in court for a previous fraud charge. Salmon was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $300 bond.
