Alexander Thomas Carlyle Lyddane, 23 of Frostburg, was arrested on two (2) Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Pre-Trial Release on Violation of Probation charges. His original convictions include: Assault-Second Degree where he was sentenced to a 2-year jail term with 3-years Supervised Probation in one case; and Assault-Second Degree where he was sentenced to a 2-year jail term with all but 106-days suspended and 3-years of Supervised Probation. He was released on a $2,500 Unsecured Personal Bond in each case.
Drezdin Jose Delgado, 22 of Lavale, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. He was originally convicted of Trespass-Private Property and received a 90-day suspended jail sentence and 12-months of Unsupervised Probation. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
Patricia Louise Lease, 50 of Westernport, was arrested on Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment, her charges include: Involuntary Manslaughter, Neglect of Minor, and Reckless Endangerment. She is being held without bond.
Ryan Scott Mutchler, 31 of Bedford, PA, was served two (2) Circuit Court Bench Warrants, for Failure To Appear and Failure to Comply. His original charges include: nine (9) counts of Possession Child Pornography. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Trent Devon Burnett, 30 of Hagerstown, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation.
His original conviction was for Assault – 2nd Degree where he received a 1-year suspended sentence with
2-years supervised probation. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Jordon John Michael Baker, 33 of Mount Savage, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of
Adult Drug Court/Pre-Trial Release. His original charge is Conspiracy: CDS: Possession with intent to
Distribute: Narcotics where he received a 10-year suspended sentence and 3-years supervised probation. He
is being held without bond pending his next Drug Court hearing.
Dakota Lee Castro, 20 of Frostburg, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for: Home Invasion, Assault-1st
Degree, Assault-2nd Degree and Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling. On 02/20/24, Frostburg Police Department
(FPD) requested the assistance of the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit to attempt to locate Dakota
Lee Castro. FPD had an arrest warrant for Castro in reference to a Home Invasion that occurred on 02/17/24.
It was reported Castro was staying at an apartment in the 900 block of National Highway in LaVale, outside of
FPD’s.jurisdiction. Members of the Combined Warrant Unit responded to the location where Castro was
reported to be staying. The Warrant Unit was granted permission to enter the apartment and found Castro
hiding in a bedroom closet. Castro was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Allegany
County Central Booking. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
Zakkery Sabastian Grady, of Cumberland was served two (2) Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. On
02/20/24 at about 3:00 p.m. members of the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit observed a white male,
walking on Fairview Street.at Pear Street matching the description of Zakkery Sabastion Grady, who was
wanted on two Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. The Warrant Unit made contact with the white male,
who was positively identified as Zakkery Sabastion Grady. Grady was placed under arrest without incident.
During the search incident to arrest, suspended crack cocaine was located in Grady's possession. In his
District Court matter he was convicted of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and received a sentence of
6-months with all but 10-days suspended and 18-months of supervised probation. In his Circuit Court matter he
was convicted of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and received a 1-year suspended sentence with 3-years
supervised probation. He is currently being held without bond in both matters at the Allegany County Detention
Center.
