Warrants Served

Rachael Nicole Dolly, 35 of Cumberland, was served two (2) Warrants. A Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release on the original charges consisting of 9 counts of Burglary4th Degree; and a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply in a case involving a conviction for Malicious Destruction of Property/Value<$1,000 where she was given a 60-day suspended sentence and 12-months Unsupervised Probation. She is currently being held without bond in both matters pending bail reviews in both District and Circuit Court.

Christopher Peter Butler, 34 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. He was originally convicted of Assault-2nd Degree where he received a 1-year suspended sentence with 2-years Supervised Probation. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

On Friday, March 29, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Traci Casey.  The warrant was issued as the result of Casey failing to appear in court.  She was originally charged with Driving Uninsured Vehicle.   Casey was arrested and seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  She was later released on her personal recognizance.

ARREST WARRANT SERVED
On Friday, March 29, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Terry Ford Jr.  The warrant was issued as the result of a private citizen filing for charges against Ford at the District Court of Allegany County.  Ford was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

ARRESTED:  Terry Lynn Ford Jr.           AGE:  23            Cumberland, MD
CHARGES:  Assault-2nd Degree, False Imprisonment

BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Saturday, March 30, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Phillip Kaplon.  The warrant was issued as the result of Kaplon failing to appear in court.  He was originally charged with Driving without a license.   Kaplon was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.
