On 07/06/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served two Arrest Warrants on Kristie Dawson. Dawson has been charged with violating the conditions of probation from previous burglary and theft charges. Dawson received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a combined $1,000.00 bond.

On 07/06/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Shelby Meade. A citizen applied for charges at the District Court Commissioner’s office alleging Meade violated an active peace order. Meade received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was released on her personal recognizance.
Arrested – Shelby Kyle Meade (68) Cumberland, MD
Charges – 3 counts of failure to comply with a peace order and two counts of harassment

On 07/02/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Jennifer Carretti. The warrant was issued as a result of Carretti violating the terms of probation from a previous neglect of a minor charge. Carretti was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking. Carretti received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was held on a $1,000.00 bond.
