On 07/07/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served five Arrest Warrants on Jessica Porter. Porter failed to appear in District Court for two previous trespassing cases and three previous possession of CDS cases. Porter received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Arrested – Jessica Nicole Porter (36) Cumberland, MD
Charges – Five bench warrants for failure to appear

Warrant Served
On 07/07/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Glenn Williams. Williams failed to comply with pre-trial release conditions from a previous theft less than $100.00 charge. Williams received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Charge – Bench Warrant failure to comply

On 06/18/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served two Arrest Warrants on Damera Davis. The warrants were issued as a result of Davis violating the terms of probation from a previous theft and disorderly conduct cases. Davis received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $500.00 bond for each warrant.
 
Arrested – Damera Davis (24) Cumberland, MD
Charges – 2 Bench Warrants for violation of probation
 
Warrants Served
On 06/18/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served two Circuit Court Arrest Warrants on Michael Shipley. The warrants were issued as a result of Shipley violating the pre-trial release conditions on an arson threat and CDS equipment possession cases. Shipley was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond pending his next hearing in Circuit Court.

Charges – 2 Bench Warrants for violation of pre-trial release

On 06/18/2024 the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Mark Tallman. The warrant was issued as a result of Tallman violating the terms of probation from a previous theft case. Tallman received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Charge – Bench Warrant violation of probation
