On November 23, 2023 Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two Bench Warrants for failure to appear on Keri Ann Donaldson. The original incident was investigated by the Cumberland Police. The Original charges were CDS: possession not Cannabis. Donaldson was transported to Central Booking.
Arrest: Keri Ann Donaldson, Age 33, Cumberland Maryland
Charges: (2) FTA, Original charge: CDS: Possession not Cannabis.

On 08/09/2023 the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Mary Perry. The Warrant was issued as a result of Perry failing to appear in District Court on a previous disorderly conduct charge. Perry was seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.

On 08/09/2023 the Cumberland City Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Erik Baker. The Warrant was issued as a result of Baker violating the conditions of probation from a previous theft charge. Baker was seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
