Crews are on the scene in the Memorial Avenue area of Cumberland for a water main break.

The City of Cumberland Water Department had an emergency shut down due to a 24" water main break on Baltimore Avenue @ Decatur Street. The areas affected include North End, West Side, and East Side. There is also a 6" water main break at the corner of Magruder and Wallace Streets. This leak is also affecting North End.
TO CLARIFY: ALL Cumberland district schools, which includes ALLEGANY, BEL AIR, BRADDOCK, CASH VALLEY, CRESAPTOWN, FLINTSTONE, FORT HILL, JOHN HUMBIRD, NORTHEAST, PARKSIDE, SOUTH PENN, WASHINGTON, WEST SIDE, will be dismissing 2 HOURS EARLY today.
