Arrest Warrants Served

On Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Deanna Lynn Ries-Pace, 47, of Cumberland MD. Ries-Pace was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant, issued by the Allegany County District Court on August 2nd, 2026. The warrant stems from an incident that occurred on that date at a Mary St residence. During the incident, it is alleged that Ries-Pace assaulted another subject in the home, causing visible injuries. Ries-Pace left the home before officers arrived on the scene and could not be located at that time. She appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on her own recognizance.

ARRESTED – Deanna Lynn Ries-Pace, 47yo.
CHARGES – Assault 2nd Degree.
