Charges Pending in ATV Crash

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office crash team is investigating a crash on Route 220 Wednesday that sent one person to the hospital.  Xavier Daniel Caleb Wilt, 18, was operating an ATV illegally on Route 220 South near High Rock Animal Hospital when he struck a disabled vehicle. The ATV driver sustained serious injuries and was airlifted by State Police Medevac. Charges are pending in the incident.
