City to Retake 19 Frederick Street at Wednesday’s Meeting

The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will be moving its regular meeting to Wednesday this week due to the National Night Out activities Tuesday evening.  A highlight is an order on the consent agenda authorizing the city administrator to execute the return of 19 Frederick Street to city ownership and control.  The agreement with Clock Tower Ventures dates back to 2023 and the lack of progress has persuaded the city to act now.
