Criminal Summons Served

On August 22nd, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Angel Marie Darr. The summons was issued after a Cumberland Police officer took an initial report of a bicycle theft from a residence on Shriver Avenue. Several days later, an officer aware of the bicycle theft located Darr in possession of the bike. The victim was able to positively identify the bike as theirs. The officer later filed charges against Darr at District Court, which resulted in a summons being issued.  Darr signed for her copy of the summons and was released pending trial at District Court.

Criminal Summons Served 

On August 22nd, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Selena Grace Rinehart. The summons was issued after an officer investigated an assault that occurred on Boone Street on August 21st, 2026. The officer made contact with a victim on scene and was advised that Rinehart had grabbed the victim’s phone, scratched the back of their neck and thrown water in their face. Officers observed injuries consistent with the victim’s statement. Because the officer did not make contact with Rinehart on scene, charges were filed against her at District Court, which resulted in a criminal summons being issued. Rinehart signed for her copy of the summons and was released pending trial at the District Court.
