Dirt Biker on 168 Arrested for DUI

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 3:45 AM an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed a dirtbike traveling on I-68 E/B. The officer observed the dirtbike did not have any working headlights, brake lights, or turn signals. The officer conducted a traffic stop and contacted the operator Gregory Pruyne Jr. Pruyne exhibited signs of being under the influence. Pruyne was placed under arrest and transported to the police station. Pruyne submitted to an evidentiary breath test and was found to be under the influence. Pruyne was issued criminal and traffic citations before being released, pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
