Early Childhood Center Construction Continues

Construction crews are busy building a new early childhood education center in Cumberland.  Kris Kehrwald, Public Relations Officer for the Board of Education, tells WCBC News that faculty, staff, and students deserve credit for their patience, as well as the neighbors near Washington Middle School.  Kehrwald anticipates the building will be ready for next school year.

“We have a lot of construction taking place at Washington over this last year or so and it’s going to be the building of the Early Childhood Center at that end of town.”
