East Industrial Boulevard Arrest

On February 22nd, an officer with the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on East Industrial Boulevard. After contacting the vehicle’s operator, the officer informed him of the observed traffic violation and requested his identification. The operator refused multiple requests to provide identification. The individual was later identified as Bo Allen Becker and was subsequently placed under arrest for failing to provide identification. Becker was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for his initial appearance. After being seen by an Allegany County District Court Commissioner, he was released on his own recognizance.

Arrest: Bo Allen Becker, Age 32, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Obstructing & Hindering, Traffic Charges.
