Emergency Water Line Repair – Temporary Closure of Braddock Road Thursday

 The City of Cumberland Water Department will temporarily close Braddock Road between Seton Drive and the Fayette Street/Greene Street intersection on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to complete an emergency water line repair near 941 Braddock Road.

Braddock Road will be closed to through traffic during construction hours; however, local traffic will be permitted with the following access restrictions:

·  Properties from 945 Braddock Road to Seton Drive should access Braddock Road from Seton Drive.

·  Properties from 941 Braddock Road to Fayette Street should access Braddock Road from the Fayette Street/Greene Street intersection.

Motorists should expect temporary traffic restrictions and follow all posted signage and traffic control devices.
