Hagerstown Man Arrest Assault

On September 6th, 2026 at approximately 11:38 p.m., officers from the Cumberland Police Department were at the intersection of Bedford and Centre Streets investigating a disturbance. During the disturbance, officers observed Keith A. Glover grab a victim by their arm and scream in their face. Officers subsequently placed Glover under arrest and transported him to Central Booking, where he is awaiting a bond review at the time of this report.
