Jim Robey Scholarship Awarded at ACM

Allegany College of Maryland has announced the winner of the WCBC Jim Robey Achievement Scholarship for the 2026-27 school year.  Abigail Cline of Oldtown, Maryland was chosen to receive $500 over the fall and spring semesters at the college. The Jim Robey Scholarship recognizes a student enrolled in the Multimedia Technology program. Robey, who was the personification of community service at WCBC Radio and spent his career in broadcasting,  passed away in 2005.
