Kentucky Ave Assault Arrerst

On Sunday, July 12th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 100 block of Kentucky Ave regarding a reported assault. Upon arrival, officers contacted the parties involved, who advised that an argument had begun inside the home over living arrangements. During the argument, a female kicked a door, which struck another individual and caused visible injuries. As a result, Gabrielle Renee Miller, 20, was placed under arrest. Miller appeared before a District Court Commissioner and was released on her own recognizance.

CHARGES – Assault 2nd Degree.
