Local Lawyer Passes Away

Carl Thomas Miltenberger, Esquire, of Cumberland passed away on April 11th at the age of 63 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Miltenberger graduated from UMBC and obtained a juris doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law. He practiced law for 30 years, and specialized in assisting the elderly in his private practice. Visitation will take place Thursday, April 23rd from 4:00 to 6:00pm at the Scarpelli Funeral Home on Virginia Ave.
