On Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 900 block of Maryland Ave regarding the report of gunshots fired from a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers spoke to witnesses who advised that two individuals were observed having an altercation in a white sedan. During the altercation, the occupants discharged multiple gunshots from inside the car before fleeing the area. While still on scene, information led officers to the area of Willowbrook Road, where they observed a white sedan with two occupants arguing inside. Officers from the Cumberland Police Dept, Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, and U.S. National Park Police then stopped the vehicle and identified the occupants as Sean Michael Feeley, 32, of Brooklyn Maryland, and Cierra Desiree Kline, 33, of Cumberland MD. During the investigation, officers learned that the subjects had each assaulted the other in the vehicle, resulting in injuries to both. Officers also discovered a revolver with multiple spent rounds in the subjects’ possession, and both were prohibited from possessing a firearm.
