“The DOJ says Maryland is interfering with federal agents’ ability to enforce federal immigration law. The lawsuit alleges Maryland is not simply not following federal law, they’re refusing to transfer apprehended illegal aliens to federal custody. The action is just one of a series of 20 other suits the DOJ is bringing against states with sanctuary policies.”
