Mountain State Continues Flood Recovery

West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey announced this week that the Mountain State is making continued progress in recovery efforts from last week’s flooding. The governor praised the joint efforts of local governments, first responders, volunteers, and utility crews. The West Virginia National Guard deployed 200 personnel and 67 vehicles in recovery efforts. The Division of Highways has continued protective measures with debris removal for safe travel.
