Open House Saturday for CCTE Project

Students at the Career Center for Technical Education have been working for some time on a project home that is ready for the public to view. An open house is taking place Saturday at 10am at the site on Old Cresaptown Road across from Eaton Young Furniture. Local unions as well as Belt Construction and Harbel Contracting assisted in the build. Kris Kehrwald with Allegany County Schools spoke with WCBC about the home that will be for sale…

“The primary residence is a three-bedroom layout encompassing about 1,500 square feet. It has a heated and roughed in basement which is also 1,500 square feet and it has a 10×18 foot Trex deck, and 8×20 foot front porch, and a 22×21 foot garage.”
