Riley Wants Workers To Be Aware of Rights

The “Know Your Labor Rights Act” would require that workers’ rights be prominently displayed in workplaces, addressing issues of employees being unaware of legal protections at work—including a right to organize. The bill requires the National Labor Relations Board to make the notices publicly accessible online as well.
