The “Know Your Labor Rights Act” would require that workers’ rights be prominently displayed in workplaces, addressing issues of employees being unaware of legal protections at work—including a right to organize. The bill requires the National Labor Relations Board to make the notices publicly accessible online as well. West Virginia Congressman Riley Moore is a co-sponsor and says hardworking men and women should be aware of their labor rights…

“Individuals have a right to organize and whether they choose to or not that’s their choice. We’re in a new industrial revolution, there’s no doubt about that. We do need to look at the other side of that and put the American worker first and give them every tool to be able to make a good living and contribute to this great country of ours.”
