Special Locomotives For America250

Train watchers along the CSX railroad lines should be keeping their eyes open for two special locomotives celebrating the legacy of railroading and America’s birthday. The locomotives, numbered 250 and 2026 each feature a unique design – one with a bald eagle, the other with a bold stars and stripes theme. The engines will travel to Washington DC for a ceremonial run then enter regular service on the CSX network.
