Special Session Requires a Plan

The West Virginia Democratic Caucus has called for a special legislative session regarding education, but Mineral County Delegate Gary Howell says he wants to see a plan first. While he isn’t opposed to a special session, the Democrats need to come up with a bill or roadmap to approach the issue…
