Springdale Street Trespassing Arrest

On May 31st, 2026, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a trespassing complaint on Springdale Street. Upon arrival, officers located Paul William Goetz on the property posted with a “Private Property No Trespassing” sign. Officers arrested Goetz and issued him a citation for trespassing-posted property. He was then released pending trial at Allegany County District Court.
