Update On Bel Air Water Friday

Bel Air water system advocate Dr. Larry Smith, along with Allegany County Commission President Dave Caporale will join the Dave Norman morning show on Friday to discuss the latest developments in the situation regarding the Bel Air water system.  The new owners of the system, American Water, have been in talks with the county over eminent domain and Smith and Caporale will be on hand to give the latest updates on those conversations.
