Van Hollen Calls Out Trump Advisor

Maryland’s senior Senator is speaking out against the violent tactics being used by immigrations enforcement teams across the country. Talking with MSNOW, Senator Chris Van Hollen points specifically at President Trump’s Homeland Security Advisor, Stephen Miller, as being the one not allowing ICE agents to feel accountable for their actions…

“Stephen Miller and this White House are engaged in a cover-up, and it’s criminal to try and cover up a killing like this. The reality is the real domestic terrorists – they’re in the White House right now.”

The Senator says that immigrations officers have strayed from their original intent of arresting illegal immigrants…

“You know, they said they were going to go after the worst of the worst. We see them now apprehending kids, we see them shooting these law-abiding citizens. This is totally out of control.”
