Victims Identified in Mineral County Crash

Victims in Sunday’s head-on collision on Rocket Center Road in Mineral County have been identified. Reports indicate 52-year-old Justin Haines of Keyser and 55-year old Richard Bennett of Frostburg were killed in the incident. Reports indicate Haines was operating a truck eastbound on Route 956 when it crossed the line and hit the vehicle Bennett was driving. One passenger in each vehicle was injured and taken to hospital.
