Virginia Avenue Trespassing Arrest

On Friday, August 21, 2026, at 2:50 AM officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 400 Block of Virginia Avenue for a female trespassing and arguing with staff. Upon arrival, officers located Theresa Bailey on the property. Bailey was given several orders to leave, but refused. She was placed under arrest without incident. Bailey was transported to the Cumberland City Police Station and issued a criminal citation. Bailey was released pending trial in District Court.
