Warrant Served

On June 8th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Coty Lee Corwell. The warrant resulted from Corwell failing to appear for court on May 29th, 2026. Corwell was placed under arrest. A search of his person was conducted and officers located CDS paraphernalia. Corwell was transported to Central Booking and issued a citation for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and released on his own recognizance.
