Wills Hotel Holds Ribbon Cutting

City, county, and business leaders were present Thursday afternoon for the official ribbon cutting for the Wills Hotel, located at the corner of Baltimore and Liberty Streets.  The hotel is located at the site of the former Manhattan building, built just after the Civil War.
