Wind Farm Opponents Gain Temporary Win in Court

There was some good news for opponents of a proposed wind farm off the coast of Ocean City. A federal judge has dismissed claims of US Wind in its countersuit against the U.S. Department of the Interior, which now opposes the wind farm previously approved by the Biden Administration. The broader case remains pending in federal court.
