Winton Place Trespassing, CDS Arrest

On Friday, October 9, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers were on routine patrol in the 100 Block of Winton Place when they observed a male trespassing on a property with conspicuously posted signage. Officers then placed the male, who was identified as Jeremiah Martin, under arrest. A search incident to arrest of Martin yielded suspected controlled dangerous substances. He was transported to Police Headquarters, where he would later be released on criminal citations pending his trial.

ARRESTED: Jeremiah Daniel Martin, 42, Cumberland, MD.
CHARGES: Trespassing Posted Property, CDS Possession Not Marijuana (x2)
