West Virginia is using over $3 million in health transformation funds to help smaller communities receive access to better healthcare and provide jobs for healthcare workers.  Five hospitals received funding to deploy artificial intelligence listening technology for documentation and a new Mountain State Practice and Placement Collaborative was announced….

“It’s going to set up a regional, rotational staffing pool that’s going to help rural hospitals and clinics fill their clinical needs just a bit quicker. It’s going to prioritize West Virginia licensed healthcare professionals and then try to connect them with the communities where they can build careers and their lives.”
