WVU Aspiring Nurse Program Welcomes New Students

Nine aspiring nurses from the tristate region have entered into WVU Medicine’s Aspiring Nurse program at Garrett Regional and Potomac Valley Hospitals. In partnership with local nursing schools, the program works to strengthen numbers of skilled healthcare professionals serving regional communities. Financial assistance is provided for students pursuing pre-licensure of up to $25,000, a sign-on bonus and help with educational expenses.
